The EXITO Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2010 was held on the 8th of April at the Rydges Hotel, in Christchurch. It was attended by representatives from all of the industries that EXITO is involved with.
Topics discussed at the meeting included the new EXITO offices on the West Coast and the need to get closer to the ground with more training for small employers. The new EXITO marketing collateral was introduced to the board, and the continued issue with credit achievement was raised. Bruce Taylor was elected to the board from the floor.
Board meetings have been extended and are now bi-monthly with full agendas, in order to keep up with heavier and more complex workloads. A change of rules (9.3) occured which states that the current board will be extended til next year, with the new board going through to 2014. Future AGM's will be held later in April to allow for information to circulate prior.
Financial reports indicated that the ITO is in a good position. A more detailed financial analysis can be found in the Annual Report below.
